Villa by the sea in Carovigno – Torre Santa Sabina

Villa by the sea located in Torre Santa Sabina – Carovigno. The villa is on an elevated floor and, as can be seen from the photos, it requires mainly external TLC. Being by the sea is a blessing but it also requires a certain level of maintenance.

The houses is accessed through a fenced, hence private, yard which leads to the veranda by way of a few steps. At the entrance there is a living/dining room with fireplace; a corridor then leads to the other rooms, the kitchen (adjoining to the living area), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The veranda faces the sea and a small beach (it will be cleaner just before the summer months) right opposite the house which is literally a few steps from it.
