The project is ongoing and expected to be completed in October 2024.  A buyer can therefore come in now and decide on the final interior design. The accommodation is a living room with an open plan kitchen and one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on either side. At the rear, with a separate entrance door is the third double bedroom and could be made as a self-contained unit, with a kitchenette.
